We have had the opportunity to work with many of the foremost individuals and groups in entertainment, and it is a gratifying experience to be more than just "hired help" for them. Our clients appreciate our work because we recognize their needs and wants, and we take care of them with a minimum of issues — always present and functional, but not intrusive. When we work with our celebrity clients, our constant concern is how we can provide the best tour management services possible. We will create a plan to fit any situation or event. Our innovative approach — using integrated communication centered on venue, artist, and guest service — has gained us recognition in publications like Entertainment Weekly and Crowd Management magazine.

Our Process

We begin with communication. Every person or group has attitudes and needs. We blend those needs with the security requirements that will make it possible for our clients to have the best possible experience. While there are minimum requirements that can’t be negotiated — safety comes first — we have always found a way to help create the right environment and atmosphere for our clients and their fans at any venue.

  1. We ask all clients and/or their representatives to meet with us well in advance of the engagement so we can clearly understand what they want and communicate what we can do to attain the best results.
  2. We develop and present a comprehensive plan, designed to provide maximum security while still respecting what our client would like to do.
  3. All parties agree to a final version of the plan and we move forward with the best program to execute the plan.
